Who We Are

Our story began in 2007, when our team developed systematized business practices that helped streamline the invoicing and billing processes of a large MSP. After years of perfecting our craft, Sea-Level Back Office was formalized as a business unit in Sea-Level Operations, and in July 2021, we took a major step forward by purchasing our Sea-Level Back Office business unit as a stand-alone company. Sea-Level Back Office remains committed to delivering premium time review and invoicing services to MSPs, enabling them to concentrate on their primary business activities while entrusting us with crucial invoicing and billing tasks.
